  Called and ask if I could get an immediate appointment the lady asks me why and then after I tell a big long story then I'm told we are booked out for a month. Why let me waste all my time telling you if you're already booked. I was told if it was emergency to call 911. It obviously wasn't an emergency that's why I was calling them but thought the service would have been better
